What if my event runs longer than expected-can I extend the booth time?Want to keep the fun going? We’ve got you! Yes — you can extend your booth time during the event (as long as we’re available). Just give us a heads-up at least 1 hour before your scheduled end time, and we’ll confirm everything with you. Extra time is charged by the hour and must be paid in advance at the event. Because honestly, the party pics shouldn't stop when the clock does! 💃📸🎉

Do you need a deposit to reserve a photo booth?Yep! We require a deposit to reserve your booth-just a little something to hold your date. We like to keep things simple and stress-free so you can focus on the fun stuff! Let’s make your celebration unforgettable! 📸✨ Please note, this deposit is non-refundable if the event is canceled. Already paid a deposit? Awesome — the remaining balance is due 15 days before your event. We accept credit cards (just a small processing fee), checks, and Cash/Venmo with a little heads-up. If your event is coming up sooner, no worries — we just ask for full payment at signing. Need a payment plan? We’ve got you! Just let us know at the time of booking, and we’ll make it work. Once you’ve picked the perfect package, we’ll send the contract and invoice your way. What are your balloons made out of?We’re all about quality and sustainability! We use only the best balloons on the market, starting with our latex balloons, which are made from 100% natural, biodegradable latex. These beauties break down naturally, so you can feel good about your eco-friendly celebration! As for our foil balloons, while they aren’t biodegradable, they’re still part of our sustainability approach because they’re reusable! Simply add air and they’re good to go for your next event. This helps reduce waste and gives your balloons a second (or third!) life. We’re committed to keeping the fun going while doing our part to protect the planet.

How do I take care of my balloons?To keep your balloons looking fresh and fabulous, place them in a spot with stable temperatures—no extreme heat or cold, please! Avoid direct sunlight, windows, flames, heat sources, or air vents. And keep them away from anything sharp or rough, like textured walls or bricked surfaces. While outdoor fun is totally possible, just know it comes with a higher risk of damage or deflation. We can’t guarantee how long they’ll last in all conditions, and unfortunately, they won’t qualify for replacements, refunds, or credits if they don’t hold up. Treat them right, and they’ll bring the party to life!

Our 6 ft. garland can squeeze into the backseat of a sedan, but an SUV will give it the space it deserves. 8 Ft Garland Ready for a showstopper! Our 8 ft. garland fits best in a medium SUV with the backseats down—let’s make room for the magic!

If you don’t have a perfect anchor point (like a staircase, light sconce, or curtain rod), no worries! Grab some 3M Command Hooks (not included) to hang it on a wall. They’re super easy to use and remove—no damage, just pure balloon magic! These beauties are air-filled, so they don't float, but they'll still look AMAZING! They come pre-inflated and fully assembled-ready to go for your celebration Let’s get this party started!

Do you charge a travel fee?Travel is free within a 10-mile radius of Quincy for our rental services - because we want to make your event stress-free and affordable! For rental services outside of that 10 mile radius, there may be a small fee, but we’ll always keep things transparent and easy to understand. Let’s chat and make it happen!

Can I choose the colors and message on the template for digital photos?Absolutely! When you book your event, we’ll chat with you about what you’d like the template to say so it’s perfectly personalized for your special day! Have an invitation? Send it along and we'll do our best to color match your theme.

How long does setup and breakdown take?Setup and breakdown are included at no extra cost. We roll in an hour early to set up the magic ✨, and when the party’s over, we pack up and leave no trace—just great memories! 🎉📸 Note: Once the booth is set up, it cannot be moved.

Can the booth be used outdoors?YES, our booths can be set up outdoors — we just ask for flat, dry, level ground and a canopy at least 8.5' tall. If the weather takes a turn, no worries — just make sure the booth is covered at all times and protected from the natural elements so we can keep the party going! 🎉 We’ll also need access to a standard outlet, but if that’s tricky, we’ve got your back — generators are available for an additional fee. Let’s take the photo fun outside! 🌿📸

What time do you arrive for setup?We’ll arrive 1 hour before your event kicks off to set up the booth, backdrop, and prop table (if part of your purchase)—so everything’s ready for the fun! 😄📸

How much space do you need for a photo booth?For the full setup—backdrop, photo booth, and prop table —we typically need 8x8 feet of space to let the fun shine! Plus an outlet within 15 feet. But if you're skipping the backdrop, we can easily fit into a cozier spot, around 4x4 feet. Whatever the size, we’ve got you covered!
